Rafał Riedel, professor in the Political Science Institute at the University of Opole and guest lecturer at Sankt Gallen University, Ph.D. from the Silesian University of Katowice, habilitation from University of Wrocław, previously also a guest researcher at at ETH (Federal Institute of Technology) in Zurich, Switzerland, University of Oslo (Norway), Technische Universitaet Chemnitz and Max Planck Institite in Bonn / Cologne (Germany).
