Biography
Michele Gatzert DNP, RN completed her DNP with Capella University, MSN and BSN at Webster University. She is the Clinical Nurse Manager of a Medical Intensive Care Unit of a large inner-city bed hospital where she is a compassion fatigue facilitator, emerging illness/Ebola team lead/program coordinator, and creator of the We Care Team. She does adjunct faculty for the MSN leadership program with Webster University. She is recently published and has presented in over 30 different venues/events on second victim peer support
